When scholar go on to Centre College Campus they are directed to go to the wait in line in building known as Norton Center of the Art. Scholar go to a few station. There is a station for the GSP They are also given a folder with important item. Such as schedule booklets, stickers and other pieces of GSP swag, such as a important GSP T-Shirt. They also get their Identification which is require for scholars to where at all times during the program. Once the scholars get everything they have the opportunity to buy GSP merchandise which helps fund things for the program.

Once Scholars have registered they are then told to go to their asigned dorm which scholar will spend their time sleeping at GSP. Scholar (parent or guardian if applicable) are suposed to gee park their vehicle in the parking lot near the dorms.
